Once your payment is successfully completed, you will get a confirmation email. The credit/debit card owner must be present, show a valid ID and sign for the reservation. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy,
Your reservation guarantees a table and seating for your group. Food and drinks are sold separately.
Is entry really free?
Yes, general entry is free from 2 pm to 5 pm. Seating and food is extra.
You must be 21 or older to attend.
Yes, free parking is available. We also provide limited premium VIP parking spots for $20. WE URGE YOU TO CONSIDER RIDE SHARING/UBER/CARPOOLING ETC. MANAGEMENT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR VEHICLES PARKED IN NEIGHBORING LOTS.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please notify us of any cancellations or changes to your reservation 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other guests on our waiting list; otherwise, no refund will be issued.

When should I get there?
There must be an Arrival-Time given when making your reservation. In addition we request that all guests arrive at the venue at least 10-15 minutes prior to their reserved time slot. Please be advised that unclaimed reservations may be released to waiting guests after a 15-minute grace period.
Can I move my seats around?
You are kindly requested to remain seated at your designated table and refrain from rearranging the seating without prior approval.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
If any of your party members have dietary restrictions or special requests, please inform us at the time of booking, and we will make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your needs.
Is there a code of conduct?
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests from the event for any disruptive or abusive behavior. We appreciate your cooperation in fostering a respectful and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
What if I have a special request - like a birthday etc?
You must text directly to a member of our concierge team to arrange the details ahead of time… example birthday set up etc…
